Jetstar Airways plane

I enjoy traveling abroad. In addition, I love to ride airplanes and love to go to many airports. However, riding an airplane costs me a lot of money. I'm a student, so it is not easy for me to pay for such an airline ticket.

To tell you the truth, I must work hard to go abroad every time. In addition, like me, almost every student says, "I don't have enough money to travel abroad!"

In cases like that, there is good news for Japanese students who are burdened by airline ticket prices! Do you know Jetstar, an Australian airline company? Jetstar is famous for its discount airline tickets, and began its service to Japan in 2008.

And the actress in their TV commercials is Bekki, the popular tarento in Japan! She is a very cute and popular Japanese star.

So, how can Jetstar offer such a cheap airline ticket?

First, economy class tickets don't have service charges. Only passengers who desire cabin service have to pay another charge, like drinks, audio, and blankets.

Second, once people have reserved their seat, they cannot cancel their reservation in economy class. The cancellation fee is always 100%.

Third, Jetstar has limitations on the passenger's luggage weight. One plan limits weight to 10kg. Another plan limits it to 20kg, but it is a little more expensive than the former.

These plans are a bit uncomfortable, but it is suitable for Japanese students who want to go abroad at a low price.

Wow, Shiomi-san, you really know how to tell a good story.

Coincidentally, just a couple months ago my daughter and her boyfriend flew to Japan from Australia on Jetstar.

I'm very happy to see these discount air services so we can all save some money.

Thanks so much for sharing your g-r-r-reat story !

Gary
