Can I take a taxi to the Mt. Fuji 5th station in late December?

by Salvador

I am looking to see if there is a website or something that will be updated frequently to tell me if the Subaru Fuji toll road is open. I am hoping I can take a taxi to the Subaru Fuji 5th station after Christmas to climb from there. How do I know if roads will be open to take a taxi?
