Is it dangerous to sit up at the Mt. Fuji summit overnight?

Hi! I love your info on all things Mt. Fuji. VERY informative.
I do have a question though. I was hoping to climb up to the summit and then maybe climb back down to the 8th station and then climb back up for sunrise in the morning.
I just realized that I can't climb back down to 8th station. Is it dangerous to sit up at the summit overnight?
