My Canadian friend

Canada is familiar to me because I have a Canadian friend. She and I are classmates in the graduate school. She told me about her country. For example, there are a few festivals, but many festivals in Japan.
And there are no public restrooms. I’m surprised at her story that the color of rice is brown or light brown in Canada. I know Canadian culture from her who goes to Meiji Univ. to study the Japanese museum system.
I haven’t been abroad, but I can learn a different culture as I meet foreign people.
